4. Customer Returned & Graded Products
The Shed Warehouse specialises in graded products.
Each product listing clearly states the condition of the item before purchase.
Grade B
Products may show:

Scratches

Cosmetic marks

Evidence of previous assembly
-
Packaging wear
These cosmetic imperfections do not normally affect the structural integrity or intended use of the product.
By purchasing a graded product, you acknowledge that cosmetic imperfections described within the product listing do not constitute faults.
Where photographs of the actual item are provided, these form part of the product description.
5. Completeness
Every graded product is checked for completeness before dispatch.
Should a component inadvertently be omitted, we will supply the missing part free of charge.
This does not include replacement panels for cosmetic damage already disclosed within the product description.
6. Ordering
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Acceptance of your order occurs only when:

Payment has been successfully processed; and

We have confirmed dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

Stock is unavailable.

A pricing error has occurred.

Payment cannot be authorised.

Fraud is suspected.

Delivery restrictions apply.
Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
7. Prices
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers are available only for the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Although we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur.
Where an obvious pricing error exists, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch and provide a full refund.
8. Payment
We accept payment through the methods displayed during checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until cleared payment has been received.
All payment processing is handled securely by trusted third-party payment providers.
The Shed Warehouse does not store your payment card details.
9. Product Availability
Stock levels are updated regularly but cannot always be guaranteed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to offer:

10. Measurements & Suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

The product dimensions are suitable.

Adequate access exists for delivery.

A suitable base can be prepared.

Local planning requirements are satisfied where applicable.
The Shed Warehouse cannot accept responsibility where products cannot be installed due to insufficient space, unsuitable access or an incorrectly prepared base.
11. Product Assembly
Unless otherwise stated, all products supplied require full self-assembly.
Estimated assembly times are provided as guidance only.
Assembly difficulty will vary depending upon experience.
We strongly recommend:

Two-person assembly.

Reading all instructions before starting.

Preparing a suitable level base before assembly.
-
Checking all components prior to commencing installation.
Once assembly has begun, products cannot generally be returned unless faulty.
12. Product Warranties
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties doesn't apply due to the item being a return,
Any warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic damage
-
Incorrect assembly
-
Storm damage
-
Misuse
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Failure to maintain the product correctly
Warranty claims should be supported by photographs where appropriate.

13. Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery information.
Free delivery is available to most UK mainland postcodes unless otherwise stated.
Additional delivery charges may apply to certain postcode areas, including parts of Scotland, the Highlands, offshore islands and other remote locations.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
The Shed Warehouse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather

Road traffic incidents

Carrier delays

Industrial action

Public holidays

Mechanical breakdowns

Events of force majeure
14. Delivery Access
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

Delivery vehicles can safely access the property.

Adequate unloading space is available.

The delivery address is correct.
-
Someone is available to receive the goods where required.
Deliveries are made to the kerbside or driveway only.
Drivers are not insured to carry heavy products through properties, into gardens or over obstacles.
15. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
If your order has:

Transit damage
-
Missing components
-
Incorrect items
-
Damaged packaging
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery wherever possible.
Photographs of both the packaging and affected components will help us resolve any issues quickly.
16. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because:

Nobody is available where required
-
Access is restricted
-
Incorrect delivery details have been supplied
-
Delivery instructions cannot be followed
our delivery partner may charge additional delivery or storage fees.
Returned consignments may incur redelivery charges before being dispatched again.

Products returned must:

Be authorised by The Shed Warehouse before return.

Be complete.
-
Include all supplied parts and fixings.
-
Be securely packed within the original manufacturer packaging.
Products which have been assembled or partially assembled cannot normally be returned unless faulty or required by law.
18. Consumer Rights
Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are found to be faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, your legal rights remain unaffected.
19. Replacement Parts
Should a genuine manufacturing omission occur, we will supply replacement parts free of charge.
Replacement panels are not supplied for:

Cosmetic dents

Cosmetic scratches
-
Cosmetic marks
where these were disclosed within the product description or are consistent with the stated product grade.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Shed Warehouse shall not be liable for:

Incorrect assembly

Damage caused during installation

Failure to prepare a suitable base

Loss of earnings
-
Installation costs
-
Consequential losses
-
Delays outside our control

Damage resulting from misuse

Storm damage

Incorrect maintenance
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
