This Yardmaster apex metal garden shed offers secure, durable and low-maintenance outdoor storage at a significantly reduced price.

This is a customer-returned Grade B product. It has been opened, checked for completeness and repacked by The Shed Warehouse before being offered for sale.

Customer returns can occur for several reasons, including a change of mind, unsuitable size or difficulty during assembly. The shed may previously have been assembled or partially assembled and may show signs of handling, including minor dents, marks or scratches.

These cosmetic imperfections do not normally affect the shed’s use once it has been assembled correctly. Minor panel distortion can often be adjusted during installation.

All required parts and fixings are included. In the unlikely event that a component has been missed during inspection, we will supply the missing part free of charge.

Please note: replacement panels are not supplied for cosmetic marks, scratches or minor dents associated with the Grade B condition.

This product should be treated as a large metal construction kit. Careful preparation and close attention to the instructions are essential.

A firm, level and square base must be prepared before assembly.

Base Requirements

The shed must be installed on a solid, flat and level base.

Suitable bases may include:

• Concrete

• Paving slabs

• A properly constructed timber base

• A compatible metal floor frame installed on a suitable foundation

An uneven or incorrectly sized base may cause difficulties with panel alignment, roof installation and door operation.

Delivery Information

Free delivery is available to most UK mainland postcodes.

• Orders paid before 9am Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the next working day where possible

• Deliveries take place Monday to Friday

• Typical delivery window: 7am–7pm

• Delivery is to the kerbside or driveway only

• Tracking details are provided after dispatch

• SMS delivery updates are available when a valid mobile number is supplied

• Delivery is made by DX or another suitable specialist carrier

Returns Information

Returns must be securely repacked in the original manufacturer packaging.

The packaging is designed to safely contain heavy steel panels and components. Returns that are loose, inadequately packed or supplied without suitable packaging may be refused by the collection carrier.

Any return must include all parts, fixings, instructions and packaging supplied with the product.
